Margarita Myrogianni / Provisions

Eleftheria Tseliou gallery is happy to present  Margarita Myrogianni’s photography solo show ‘Provisions’. The show opens on Thursday, February 6 and will be on display until the 8th of March 2014.
In her latest work, Margarita Myrogianni presents a series of staged photographs, each one operating as a still life where the objects and architectural elements have a central role. These photos differentiate themselves from the usual photographic perception and indicate an intense psychological action. Through carefully arrangeable elements of her compositions Margarita Myrogianni creates the circumstances under which time and space are seemingly under her control.

She studied at Vakalo College S.A, as well as at the University of Barcelona Faculty of Fine Arts (UB) at the School of Fine Arts and at U.C.L in London.
