Apostolos Karastergiou was born in Athens in 1973. He graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts and UEL (Art and Architecture). His work has been shown in six solo exhibitions and in many group shows that have been held, among others, at the Benaki Museum (Portrait of Antonis Benakis), at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (Expanded Ecologies) at the National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation (Selective Knowledge) Onassis Cultural Center (Ύπνος Project). He lives and works in Athens, Greece.
